Ms. Quinn Nguyen, MT-BC - Piano

Ms. ToQuyen (Quinn), MT-BC, graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy and a minor in Applied Psychology. In her clinical music therapy experiences, she has had the privilege of working with a variety of
clients, including people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in private practice and school districts, patients at a stroke/TBI center, and pediatric patients at a hospital. During her clinical internship, she specialized in working with adults and children with intellectual/developmental disabilities in
individual and group sessions. The primary therapeutic goals with this population included increasing emotional, social, cognitive and motor skills through various music experiences. These different experiences have shaped her into the music teacher and therapist she is today, where she meets every student and client with authenticity, compassion, and a genuine love for how
music connects people together. Ms. Quinn is a board certified music therapist.

Ms. Quinn’s main instrumental background is piano (with over 15 years of experience), but she also enjoys playing guitar and singing. After taking private lessons for 11 years in the Fort Worth area, she continued her piano studies at TWU, where she also took pedagogy classes and taught piano students of her own. She is thrilled that she gets to share her love of music with students and
clients alike, and will strive to ensure that they receive a dynamic music learning experience at Coppell Conservatory.
